Learn to dance by drilling the basics in fun combinations. Using both slow movements and fast steps, we’ll get you dancing in your first class! All basic movements and group formations, including posture and body awareness, zils and music. Intro to partner and group dancing.


ATS® Tribal Combinations 2 & 2.5
Starting Sept 7th

Refine individual technique by drilling basic steps, and their variations in creative combinations. Learn more advanced steps, and formations. This class builds your improv repertoire. In the Tribal Combinations class there are no descriptions of the basic steps (Level 1 & 1.5), you are meant to be familiar with the Fundamentals. You must understand partner and group dancing, how to dance the steps from Fundamentals, be able to lead and follow, and play zils.

This is an advanced class for honing, refining,

and practicing all aspects of performing.
It also requires you to be prepared to continue training in the Fundamentals & Tribal Combinations classes, on a regular basis.

This class is for dedicated ATS® dancers.



To determine your readiness for the next level, ask yourself the following questions, and answer yourself honestly:

1. Are you confident in your current level's technique?
2. Are you comfortable & confident leading your current level?
3. Are you comfortable playing zils with your current fast vocabulary?

4. Do you know the vocabulary?
